- Models will be open according to the hours posted outside the model.
- A competent person will be in the model home to provide information and answer any questions you may have.
- The New Home Consultant will respect your time and ask you how much time you have to spend with them.
- All BLC information is accurate, including the stage of completion for that home.
- You will have access to all homes listed in the BLC regardless of when you want to see them.
- All Estridge New Home Consultants will be compensated the same regardless of whether or not a Realtor is involved.
- The price of our home will be the same regardless of whether or not a Realtor is involved.
- The guest cards filled out by a customer will ask if they are working with an agent, and it will be made clear by checking yes, that this does not impact the price they pay.
- When you sell a home you will be communicated with throughout the process.
- Accompany your client on their first visit.
- Call ahead to let us know you referred your client to Estridge, but can't come with them.
- Give your client a business card to bring with them on their first visit.
- Contact us within a couple of days of their first visit.
- Provide us feedback on your visit and if your client purchased, where did they ultimately purchase.
- Help be a problem solver.
- Keep your client's best interest in mind when determining what homes to show and promote.
- Communicate the degree of involvement you would like to have in the transaction.
